Newark
We have known Tritax for a long time and one of their foundation assets (in their £4bn large scale logistics portfolio) is the Currys in Newark. Naturally they seek to add to and improve their investments.
We helped assemble all the land interests needed and have now secured detailed planning for Phase 1 of the development. It is now all systems go to be onsite in 2023 delivering this major additional economic generator to the Newark and economy.
