An undeveloped site, acquired from Sainsbury’s with a lapsed consent in West Bridgford.
Buying a site without planning is high on the risk curve, (with a high up-front cost but no established value from a planning consent). We acquired the site along with one of our existing JV funding partners (Salhia) as they had confidence in our plan.
Having now received consent across the site we can now move forward to secure occupiers and funders to implement the scheme.
